The Affordable Care Act required the Health Resources and Services Administration to recertify all covered entities annually. HRSA began implementing the requirement in the fall of 2011.
OPA held a webinar on Jan. 7 for entities that need to recertify now and has posted a recording along with the slide presentation. It strongly encouraged entities to review the recently updated 340B database guide to recertification.
OPA said entities with questions about recertification should contact ApexusAnswers at (888) 340-2787 or ApexusAnswers@340bpvp.com. [/ms-protect-content]
